At Nanvstyle, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Have original tags attached
• Be returned in the original packaging
• Not show signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Accessories and intimate wear for hygiene reasons
• Customized or personalized items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at:

Please include:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may place a new order after the return is approved.
